Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’ll bring your hobby supplies right to your doorstep.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order will already be in progress and cannot be changed. However, you can return it for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure and easy payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically take 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping. Once processed, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and promise it’ll be worth the wait!
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return or approve your cancellation. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. If you don’t see it after 10 days, please contact your bank or card issuer.
